Larry Korchan - Managing Partner
Larry’s executive experience emanates from the financial industry, where he has accumulated over three decades of expertise in trading, reconciliation, client onboarding, compliance, legal functions, and other pertinent areas. Larry thrives on developing client solutions while capitalizing on the everchanging, legal, technology and industry environments.
Larry is a graduate of the State University of New York (BA).
Larry enjoys playing pickleball, hiking and travel. He is also a founding member of East Cobb Church, Marietta, Georgia where he serves in several volunteer capacities. Larry also enjoys spending time with his two grown sons.

Originally from Philadelphia, Andrew Thomas Schmuhl brings a wealth of domestic and international legal and business experience to Sparrow Partners. He is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania (BA) and Villanova University School of Law (JD), and he is passionate about helping clients and their beneficiaries navigate what matters most—whether complex, large-scale matters or personal, day-to-day needs.
Andrew’s career includes executive leadership roles at a national trust company, a multi-family office, an ETF provider, and a Fortune 500 financial services institution. This broad experience informs his attentive, professional, and values-driven approach to every client relationship. He is especially committed to building long-term partnerships and serving as a trusted advisor through each stage of a client’s journey.
Andrew lives in Orono, Minnesota, with his wife and their two golden retrievers. In his free time, he enjoys walking the Luce Line and Dakota Rail Trail, exploring Minnesota’s North Shore, reading history, and spending time with friends and family.
